I am from Baton Rouge and my sons and I were visiting in Perdido Key with hopes of finding just the right condo for our family……my husband passed away almost 2 years ago and I have made many decisions since his death, and most involved real estate as that was his business. I have had many experiences related to acquiring and selling real estate and I have known many agents and brokers. I write this letter to share my experience with Agnes Stergion.
My relationship with Agnes began in the early fall when I inquired about a piece of property in Perdido Key. I found her to be enthusiastic, knowledgable, and professional. I am a small business owner running three preschools and a small elementary school so, by nature, I am usually short on time and often short on patience. Like so many people, I want to believe that my boat is the only boat on the lake. I am full of questions with high expectations that the answers will come on my time table. Agnes never disappointed me.
She visited properties and gave me feedback, gathered tax information, took pictures, inquired about condo policies, arranged showings, and followed lead looking for just the right property for our family. I was in touch with Agnes by phone or by email about 3 to 4 times a week and always she remained the same enthusiastic, patient, professional agent. As I am sure you know, people have little problem with contacting business owners with complaints. Unfortunately, few take the time to tell owners when their company is doing and exceptional job. I feel Agnes is doing an exceptional job for your company.
After much negotiation, my family purchased a unit in Shipwatch. I am very pleased with our purchase and feel Agnes did an extraordinary job in making the deal work for us. Few people in real estate look at their job the way Agnes does and that is unfortunate. This purchase has been a refreshing experience and I look forward to time in Florida.
